I would like to start doing some web design work and making a buck or two. I'm self taught and don't have a whole heck of a lot of experience, but that may just be the low cost option you need. I've put together a few sites in the past and I'll get a link to them here very soon. For now, let my site be an example of my work. If you want something I can't do or is too big for me to feel comfortable doing, I'll tell you straight up. Lets discuss what you're interested in and I will give you a price estimate. The final price will not go over that price no matter how much time I end up spending on your page. I will ask for a down payment to confirm your interest...say, 20 bucks or so, but the final payment won't be due until your page is finished and you are satisfied with it.
